Job description

As a temporary mid-level HR & office support professional, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and ensure that our internal processes run smoothly. You will guide the entire employee journey from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding, and support with contract management, absenteeism, payroll preparation, and HR policy. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating a pleasant work environment by organizing team activities and managing the office and facilities.

• First point of contact and information source for colleagues
• Coordinating the recruitment process
• Drafting and managing contracts and personnel mutations
• Managing leave and sickness absence registration (via Buddee)
• Supporting reintegration trajectories
• Preparing payroll administration
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
• Managing HR policies and documentation

Relevant work experience

• 2-5 years of experience in HR
