Job description

As a sales development representative, you will play a crucial role in the international growth of Basetime. You will research potential markets, identify interesting organizations, and establish initial contact to develop valuable opportunities. Your focus will be on understanding the needs of companies and building a qualitative commercial pipeline rather than just generating leads.

• Investigate and identify interesting commercial opportunities in international markets
• Identify potential clients, partners, and relevant contacts
• Establish initial contact via LinkedIn, email, or phone
• Qualify, further develop, and warm leads for the sales department
• Record market information, contacts, and opportunities in a structured way in the CRM system
• Identify market developments and new applications, and translate them into commercial opportunities
• Use AI and other digital tools intelligently to gather information faster, make better analyses, and find qualitative leads
• Collaborate with colleagues within Sales, Marketing, and other teams to bring together market insights and customer needs

Relevant work experience

• Experience with sales, business development, market research, or an international commercial environment is a plus but not required
