Vitestro is active in redefining diagnostic blood collection with its innovative Aletta® Autonomous Robotic Phlebotomy Device™ (ARPD™). Founded in 2017 in Utrecht, the company combines advanced multimodal imaging with robotics and AI to autonomously perform the entire diagnostic blood collection process. By addressing critical staff shortages in healthcare and enhancing patient experience, Vitestro is transforming one of the most common medical procedures.
As a (customer) implementation & optimization manager, you will guide the first six lighthouse hospitals in the Netherlands and Denmark from signed contract to a robot performing blood draws on a busy ward. Your role is crucial in ensuring that Aletta becomes part of the daily routine in hospitals, leading customer implementations from start to finish, and training staff on the device's use. You will also manage change on-site and ensure that both the team and patients are prepared for the first blood draw.
